WELCOME to my blog....

I have decided to start a blog to have something all my own.  As a wife and a mother that can be very hard.  Don't get me wrong I LOVE being a mom and I love my husband dearly, I just need something for myself and that is what this blog is for. 

I am married to my high school sweet heart, Jake.  We have been married for 5 1/2 years.  I love waking up to this man everyday.  He works very hard so that I can stay at home. I am so thankful that he chose me to be his wife.

I am a Stay-at-Home mom to my beautiful little girl, Abigail.  Most of us call her Abby, or Baby Abby, or Abby Cakes, which ever you like you can use.  She has brought the most joy to my life then anything else. I love being her momma. 


What are you going to get out of this blog if you read it regularly?  Well, I'm not sure.  I'm sure you will read about life, most of the time it's not that exciting, but then again, the blog is entitled Livin' the SIMPLE Scrappin' Life.  Another thing that you will be sure to read about is my favorite hobby - scrapbooking.  I am really a beginner at this, but I love it.  I will also post some great deals that I find, because staying at home means being frugal.  ~Samantha
